HEAVY Vs LIGHT: What's the Difference?
LIGHT workouts are classified as beginner to intermediate difficulty. They feature slightly less weight in your pack. Light workouts have less reps, sets and distance in comparison to Heavy. A light workout could take from 20-45 minutes depending on the individual.
HEAVY workouts by comparison are considered intermediate to advanced. With more recommended weight, sets, reps and distance these workouts will take individuals 30-60 minutes.
For each workout, regardless of the intensity outlined by the program, it is important to respect your body. Don't push through any workout to the point which could endanger your health.
